A friend introduced us to Trader Joe’s pizza dough and I was impressed. Over the past year I’ve been thinking about researching a recipe and making dough from scratch. Well, now that I’ve discovered this dough, my research may be put on the back burner. Now I have a bit more time to try Gjelina’s Butterscotch pot de creme recipe!
I also made an easy salad with my new favorite leafy green, Arugula with Shaved Parmesan and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
